During all GMP points events the Jr’s will be ran separately based on age. 6-11 and 12-17 and will run separately till one 6-11 competitor remains. During previous rounds if there is an uneven amount of 6-11 competitors the last one will run with the 12-17 group. The bye run can be awarded to either group but not both.

Race Rules:
No Car or Driver can be entered more than 2x.
1st Round Bye Run will be the best RT from TT. Subsequent Bye Runs given to best winning RT. Ties broken by best package. In the event of an even pairing, the Bye Car has lane choice. Unused byes do NOT carry over. An entry cannot take two byes unless all other entries have also previously taken a bye.
Drivers may not switch lanes after entering the staging lanes. Once the lanes run out of even Left/Right Pairs of cars, the remaining drivers will be paired front to back, and any late arrivals to the lanes must go to the tail end of the single file line. Lane choice will be determined by card draw.
Once the car reaches the ready line the dial can NOT be changed.
If a car cannot crank or has a problem in the staging lanes, once their opponent reaches the head of staging, they will be put on a 1 min timer. If car does not make the time, then they will be disqualified, and their opponent will have a competition bye.
Once you start eliminations with a car you are not allowed to switch cars.
All cars must break stage beams each round to receive points.
Courtesy staging is always enforced.
Driver assumes ALL responsibility for being sure you dial is correct. Once you take the tree you accept the dial. There will be NO re-runs because of
incorrect dial-in for either competitor.

Race Director will have the final say in all matters.
There is NO testing of trans brakes allowed anywhere on the property. Burnouts are not allowed while warming up your car in the pits, return road or top end of the race track.
Racers are responsible for conduct for all crew, family, and person’s with them at the track at all times. Drivers are subject to removal from an event if Race Director chooses to do so.
Auto Start- Once both vehicles are pre-staged and the first vehicle stages, the second car has ten seconds to stage before the tree is automatically activated. This predetermined amount of time is referred to as “Time Out.” If the second car fails to stage before the system “times out,” it will be given a red light and automatically eliminated from competition. This applies to all Sportsman Classes except Jr’s which is 15 seconds.
